I’m a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant currently working with Tribridge in the Rochester, NY area.

I absolutely, positively LOVE working with clients to help them create and build relationships with their prospects and customers using Microsoft CRM. If it’s done right, the key result is increased sales and profits.

With my combined business management and IT background, I am in a terrific position to understand the challenges people are facing when it comes time to increase their sales and profits.

So what do we use Microsoft CRM for? In a nutshell:

  • Lead generation – from both new and existing clients
  • Lead nurturing – staying fresh in your prospect’s mind when they are not quite ready to commit
  • Lead conversion – winning the sales opportunity (ethically and on the buyer’s terms)
  • Client fulfillment and service – performing the initial work and any follow-up or ongoing service work. This means making good on all those promises made to the prospect before they became a client!

What I really love is combining marketing and sales strategies and tactics with the technology to create the desired results: more and more sales and profits, now and in the future.
